Where the boat is rented without a skipper, the Renter declares that they possess all licences, qualifications, and experience required by applicable law.

If requested, proof of competence must be provided before departure.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation without refund where permitted by law.

23. Taxes

Boat Owners are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes applicable to their rental activities, including but not limited to VAT, income taxes, local tourism taxes, and any other taxes required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the tax obligations applicable in their country of residence or business.

24. Boat Delivery and Return

Unless otherwise agreed between the Boat Owner and the Renter, the vessel shall be delivered and returned at the location and time specified in the confirmed Booking.

At the end of the rental period, the vessel must be returned:

  1. at the agreed location;

  2. the competent maritime authorities where required;
